Exchange Policy

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • You can only exchange a purchase once.
  • Items that are on sale can not be exchanged.

How to Exchange?

  • We’ll guide you through the return process.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your new piece will be sent out.
